Due to the news of two Indonesian cargo pilots being tested positive and more and more confirmed cases have been reported recently, in order to ensure our students and faculty members' safety, please fill out the following questionnaire before 28th, April.

Please maintain proper personal hygiene and pay attention to and observe CECC's disease prevention regulations:
I. Wash your hands often with soap and water, be alert for symptoms, and cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Please take a rest at home and refrain from coming to the campus if you're sick.
II. If you have any symptoms including a cough, sneezing, a runny nose, sore throat, or a fever, please ensure that you wear a mask and fill in your temperature and symptoms on "Temperature Reporting Platform", which is on the website of the Physical & Health Division. Also, you may contact the Physical & Health Division(#2252) or the Campus Safety and Security Division(#6666) for further medical assistance. If you have any suspected symptoms of COVID-19, please inform the doctor of your travel and contact history.
III. If there's any question, please call the Communicable Disease Reporting and Consultation Hotline at 1922 or contact the Physical & Health Division in our school through 07-5252000#2251, #2252, #2253, #2254.
