春節連續假期即將到來，在此向您拜個早年。一併提醒您，因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎國際疫情愈加嚴峻，本校教職員工於連續假期期間儘量避免出入人潮擁擠、空氣不流通的公共場所，以維自身健康，其餘如說明。

說明：

一、近日中央流行疫情指揮中心公告之全球新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情顯示，國際疫情日趨嚴峻，且境外移入個案日益增加；世界衛生組織（WHO）亦警告2021年初可能進一步升高，敦促民眾連續假期期間謹守防疫建議。

二、時值春節連續假期，南來北往聚會增加，請以觀看電視或影音方式參與各項活動，以電話、視訊拜年，或線上聚會等方式聯繫感情，避免出入人潮擁擠、空氣不流通的公共場所，以防呼吸道傳染疾病傳播。倘仍需出入公共場所，應保持室內1.5公尺、室外1公尺安全社交距離，並請落實個人衛生管理（勤洗手、注意手部衛生、咳嗽禮節；如有呼吸道症狀時應佩戴口罩，儘速就醫，並在家休息）。

三、請依中央流行疫情指揮中心109年12月22日發布之「因應年末跨年等大型集會活動之相關防疫措施」新聞稿，參加大型活動當天仍處居家隔離、居家檢疫及自主健康管理期間者，以及有發燒、呼吸道症狀、腹瀉、嗅味覺異常等疑似症狀之人員，均不得參加活動。參加人員於活動期間（含室內、室外）應全程佩戴口罩，除補充水分外，禁止飲食；並請攜帶手機及維持開機，以利通知防疫相關訊息。

四、另依中央流行疫情指揮中心發布之「秋冬防疫專案」規定，進入高感染傳播風險場域（醫療照護、大眾運輸、生活消費、教育學習、觀展觀賽、休閒娛樂、宗教祭祀、洽公），因不易與他人保持社交距離，且會近距離接觸不特定對象，請務必佩戴口罩。

五、請持續依據中央流行疫情指揮中心最新防疫規定（網址：https://www.cdc.gov.tw ）辦理。

Due to the continued severity of COVID-19 worldwide, we recommend our faculty members and staff should avoid attending social events that involve close contact and avoid crowded, poorly ventilated indoor spaces during the upcoming Chines New Year holiday.

1.     Since more and more imported cases increased recently, WHO also warned that the 3^rd wave of COVID-19 may occur in early 2021, please observe disease prevention regulations during Chines New Year holiday.

2.     For the upcoming Chines New Year holiday, please consider other alternative options to celebrate and gathering, such as using phone call to communicate. And please avoid attending social events that involve close contact and avoid crowded, poorly ventilated indoor spaces. If it is necessary to attend public places, please keep a social distance of 1.5 meters indoors and 1 meter outdoors if possible.

3.     As claimed by CDC, the following persons may not attend large-scale events: people under home quarantine or home isolation, people subjected to self-health management, people who are experiencing suspected symptoms, including a fever, respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, and an abnormal sense of smell and taste. And participants attending events shall have a mobile phone with them and keep it switched on to receive information related to disease prevention.

4.     According to CDC’s Fall-Winter COVID-19 prevention program, masks are required in places with high risks (Healthcare facilities, Public transportation, Places of consumption, Education facilities, Sports and exhibition venues, Leisure and entertainment venues, Places of worship, Offices and business venues) of infection and transmission in order to effectively prevent spread in the community.
